Overview
Gary Capolino is the President of The Part-Time CFO, Inc., a Business Management Consulting firm serving clients throughout the southwest as well as internationally.   His services include Part-Time CFO Services, total administrative management, audit representation, income tax & tax planning, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and financial planning.  Prior to the Part-Time CFO, Inc., Mr. Capolino worked for eight years in the banking industry where he functioned in the international money markets area.  Additionally, he has served as the chief financial officer for several small companies in southern California.

Business Management Services
Too frequently, an athlete’s interests broaden into the business arena while still an athlete.  The Part-Time CFO, Inc. can simplify the complicated elements of business by overseeing the athlete’s business interests and perhaps educating the athlete when such activities don’t interfere with athletic endeavors.  At the end of the athletic career, The Part-Time CFO, Inc. can bring the athlete “up to speed” on the overlooked elements of business management in order to prepare him for the business opportunities ahead.  Alternatively, The Part-Time CFO, Inc. can continue as a trusted ally when the athlete’s interests focus specifically on business.

Income Tax
When an athlete plays for a team that competes in several states, he may find himself required to file an income tax return in many of the states he competes in.  That is, if he’s filed his income tax returns at all!  We bring our clients into compliance and keep them there.  Audit issues?  We handle them too.
