Successfully established sports agents have the contacts and relationships necessary to recruit clients. The most common are through referrals, direct contact, or web advertising. Sports agents who are starting their careers need to reach out to as many athletes as possible. The Athlete Directory is way to do this professionally while saving hundreds of hours of work.

The Athlete Directory includes a listing of major universities and colleges where the majority of new prospective athletes come from. Each institution may have their own formal rules for contact but we have eliminated the hours and hours of work required to find them and narrowed down your search efforts.

As you will learn in the “Sports Agent Course” course there are rules and regulations regarding the contacting of athletes by agents. The proper way is well established and often begins through the athlete departments and a posted procedure by the institution. If the university has a procedure you need to follow it exactly. If nothing is posted by the institution then follow the NCAA rules governing contacting athletes on the Sports Agent Course or their web site. If you have questions call and get the answer before going ahead.

This directory is a "must have tool" for new agents. This is not a service we recommend for business clients. Some do use it and have been successful. Early in their careers athletes are interested in connecting with the “right” agent and getting in front of key league personnel
